My friend said the local DJ's here were making fun of the new gay cowboy flick this morning, and were talking about John Denver as though he were gay...

They were asking people to call in with names they could have used. Here are the few I can remember...

"Rocky mountian bi"
"Rooster ****burn"
"Gone in my friend"
"Homo on the range"

 

First I have ever heard that he might have been. I have seen a documetary on the PBS station and it never mentioned anything of the sort. Lot of interviews with Annie, his exwife, but no mention of him being gay. He is from Fort Worth, graduated from high school here while his military father was stationed here, and over the years, a lot has been in the papers about him. He had some depression problems but never a mention of his being gay. Sometimes, I think DJs just get stuff going to try to justfy their existence and maybe that is what this is.

 

I don't want to hijack the thread but who are the most famous homo and lesbo of the USA.

Yep, it's good that the DJs have let it be known to his three kids that he was in fact homosexual, especially since he isn't around for them to ask.

Some DJs typically have to move from place to place as it becomes apparent who and what they are.

Speaking of loud-mouthed opinionated radio personalities- I'd like to go three roungs in the ring with Sean Hannidy and Rush Limbaugh.

I'm sure I could whip both their old ***** by myself, even with a bum left should from all those years of ramming it into the chest of opposing running backs...

 

You might have to work at lot harder than you think on Rush, he would probably be high as a kite on pain pills and not feel most of it.

 

John Denver was NOT gay! Matter of fact his first marriage ended cause of tooo much fooling around with the ladies on the road.
