Post Mike Troyer Where are you ????????

I still need a fix for my new chip. The boost goes flat almost everytime it shifts to second under wide open throttle.Very embarrasing. Answer your email please.

I'm sorry to hear you're having a problem, and we'll certainly be happy to take care of it, assuming it came from us of course.

Please keep in mind that we have no idea who you are from your screen name of course, as we cannot have everyone's real name memorized to their screen name here on F-150 Online.

If you need service, all you have to do is to contact us. If you did not get a response from us in email, then your email did not reach us, as we are on top of our email every day, just so you'll know. That being the case, I would suggest picking up the phone and giving us a call. We are here M-F from 10 am to 7 pm Eastern time, and we're happy to help get this taken care of for you. It sounds like a simple boost-dump mode engaging, and that is easy to take care of, we'll be happy to go over this with you in detail when you call.

We look forward to your call,

All you have to is call Mike at SuperChips. I have always gotten a hold of him. Plus I'm amazed at the depth of his e-mails back to me.

Thanks. I will call tomorrow. I had emailed you on 8-31..clill8567@aol.com. Yes I bought it from you Mike, about a week before. You must have a memory like me. I remember reading somewhere else here that there were three ways to fix but would like the correct one.

Does the standard Superchip burn, include the downshift to first at speeds up to 40mph?
