Truck won't start....HELP!!!

Ok the truck turns over but won't start. I have replaced the fuel pump, and the fuel filter so far. (oh yyeah a 2000 ford f 150). Used the fuel pressure gauge on the schrader valve and still no pressure. Sprayed starting fluid in the throttle body and it fired until that burned off so i know it is getting spark. I tried resetting the fuel shut off valve and no difference. What is a fuel pump relay? Is that the thing mounted on the drivers side of the firewall that has a line coming in and a line going to the throttle body with like a bleeder valve on that thing too???? If that is what that is could that be the problem. Any help would be great. Please post a reply or email me at smaldirt128@aol.com. Thanks in advance.

I'm going to assume that your 2000 is similar to my 1998, anyway, it is relay #6 in the power distribution box in the engine compartment. It powers among other things the fuel pump.

Good luck and welcome to the board.
