Autolite HT15 Review after 43k miles

My truck was starting to experience a lot of misfires as I was driving down the road. Not enough to warrant a CEL, but annoying while driving up a slight incline. COPS are new all the way around.

After the fiasco with the Motocrafts,I opted for Autolite HT15's. Here is what they look like after 43k miles. This is off of a 2006 FX4 Non Flex Fuel. The majority of gas used in the truck was Shell 87 octane. There was quite a bit of build up on the inside of the plug where the spark would typically occur.

I know the pictures are quite large, but wanted them that way so you could see the plugs better.

Thats what the claimed Honeywell rep posted here awhile back. But then you have Jbrew who has a letter from Honeywell where they say Autolites aren't made to fords specifications so who knows..

The truck didn't run as good with Autolite's in it compared to the Motocrafts.

Those don't look that bad for having 43k.

I see jesus on one of the electrode shields! Or maybe it's Michael Jackson

Yuck! Those look nasty.

Looks like I'll be sticking with M/C.

The honeywell rep was claiming those, the motorcraft 2v plugs and the autolite 2v plugs were made on the same line. I'm sure he would make the same claim about the 3v plugs.
I've used the autolites 2v plugs and had no issues so I don't know..
