Automotive News is reporting that Ford has unceremoniously axed the Harley-Davidson edition F-150. First introduced in 1999, the Harley-Davidson model continued through 2012, accounting for 1 or 2 percent of F-150 sales. To meet increased demand, Ford will reduce summer shutdowns at many of its F-series plants, including the Kentucky Truck plant, where it builds super-duty pickups.
