Watch the 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor Tear Up the Mojave Desert
The development team for the 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor used the Mojave desert’s torturous terrain to develop most of the truck’s components, so it’s no big surprise that’s where this just-related Ford video takes place.
This new video highlights some of the off-road prowess and sweet off-road moves this truck has become legendary for. Featuring many high speed runs, jumps, and some sweet drifting around sand dunes, it looks like the new Raptor will take things to a whole new level in the high-performance off-road pickup truck segment.
Featuring a 3.5 liter EcoBoost engine with even more horsepower than the previous generation’s 411, Fox Racing Shox with enormous suspension travel, and a new terrain management system, it’ll be difficult to find a terrain the Raptor can’t tackle.
