Ford Super Duty “Octa-Monster” is an Unstoppable Force!

Why put four giant mud-eating tires on your truck when you can have eight?  That’s the philosophy behind the “Octa-Monster,” a Ford Super Duty that can traverse mud pits, rivers, and pretty much anything else you think of throwing in its path.

In this video by, Mudd Boggin in Florida, we get to see this extra tall beast doing work in all kinds of nasty conditions ranging from deep rivers to playing around in deep and chunky mud.  In addition to the awesome eight tire action, this truck is also perfectly capable of running with a conventional four-tire setup.

Details are otherwise scarce, but we do know that it’s a diesel, obviously.  It also seems pretty much unstoppable regardless of the terrain.  Although it does get bogged down a few times, the big ‘ole beast manages to claw its way out eventually.

If you want a machine that can go anywhere and do anything, you might want to think about adding a few extra tires.  As “Octa-Monster” proves, a little bit of extra rubber can only help your cause.  That, plus a little bit of Ford power!
