Do You Want a Ford Raptor but Need Something a Little Beefier? The SuperRaptor is What You’ve Been Waiting For

The Ford Raptor is a wildly successful performance vehicle that just keeps getting better. But there’s an almost zero percent chance that you’ll ever see one built on the Super Duty chassis. Mostly because of the increased weight. But if you’re clamoring for a Super Duty Raptor, you can still get one — the SuperRaptor.

Built by a company that calls itself F250R, the SuperRaptor is exactly what you think it is. F250R takes stock Super Duty pickups and removes the boring stock body, replacing it with a widebody kit. That new body looks almost exactly like the F-150 Raptor, albeit supersized.

And the fun doesn’t stop there. F250R reworks the suspension and stuffs 40-plus-inch tires under that massive body. The end result looks like a giant desert prerunner, which is incredibly awesome. And unlike the regular Raptor, this one can pull a house.

Your options when building a SuperRaptor are almost unlimited. You can choose not only your wheel/tire size but also bumpers and spare tire carriers. And with a body that’s almost one entire foot wider than a stock F-250, you can fit some massive meats under there.

If that’s not wide enough for you, there’s also the MEGA Raptor. With an additional three inches of clearance and a 10-lug military lug pattern, you can squeeze 46-inch meats under the fenders.

So, how much will all of this awesomeness cost you? Around $20,000 for the SuperRaptor, and $28,000 for the MEGA Raptor. That includes paint and labor. For the money, it’s hard to imagine you’ll find anything cooler.
