TRUCK YOU! A Superb 2008 F-150 Flareside GT

The Flareside is a style that we just don’t see often enough, or so it seems. It is more common now to see different body styles out there rather than the Flareside.

Thus, the styling has become a rather unappreciated — or maybe just under-produced — body style in the F-150 world. This makes timmypstyles‘s Flareside even more memorable, and today we’ll take a closer look at this superb Ford!

To be more specific, the rig that makes its home in his garage is a 2008 F-150 Flareside GT. The ride is a two wheel drive Regular Cab wit a 4.2L V6 and a five speed manual transmission.

The Ford has been modified in several ways to increase its performance. The beast now sports a K&N 77 Series Cold Air Intake with a helper tube from the front bumper, a ScanGaugeII, and a VMP 87 performance tune.

In addition to performance upgrades, this Flareside also has projector headlights with halos, tinted taillights and third brake light, and 2009 – 2013 emblems.

There is no denying that timmypstyle has one great Ford! Flareside or not, an F-150 is always a rig worth owning!

He also owns a 2014 Dodge Ram pickup, but we’ll keep that on the down-low and pretend we never heard such a thing.
