TRUCK YOU! Procharged Ford F-150 FX2 Beast
Despite the multitude of naysayers in society, it is truly impossible not to love a tried and true performance truck. After all, when they are built up correctly they can be impressive powerhouses of speed and strength that can dominate the road and the track.
We won’t say that everyone really builds up their ride correctly, but F-150 member go-on3 certainly has! Today we’ll step inside his garage and take a look at the beast that makes its home between those walls!
Of course, a ride doesn’t earn the title of a performance truck without being modified. Well, not unless that truck is the Ford Raptor or Lightning, of course. Go-on3 has done quite a bit to his rig, despite his claims that the Ford is “procharged with a few bolt-ons.”
As the FX2 sits now, the truck has a Boss intake with custom-painted Boss coil covers, Kooks long tube headers that have been custom-modified by Hook’n Chassis, custom fabricated primaries, a Bassani stainless exhaust with an X-pipe custom ladder bars by VA Specialties, QA1 shocks, a Shelby heat extractor that had been hand fabricated to fit the hood, a custom-made gauge pod with a Roush boost gauge, a Harley bumper, an STX grille, a Street Scene wing, a Craftec bed cover, a custom brake reservoir cover, a Dedicated Aeromotive fuel system, and much more.
Go-on3 has done an excellent job with his F-150, and the ride now looks good enough to make many Ford fans drool in envy! And that’s not even considering how the beast rides!
Go check out his garage and leave some comments, browse the photography, and have a good time! Be sure to keep your garage up to date and maybe you’ll be featured next week on TRUCK YOU!
