Your truck is lower. Keeps the sound under the truck.

it was just as bad before i lowered it. If anything, the tone just changed a little.

Mines right before the rear tire, L style kinda. It was dumped under the bed for awhile, and drone there wasnt as bad as it is now. I'll probably have it ran out the back or put a muffler back on. I'm over it being loud as it can be lol.

I have a good bit of drone too with the lightning side exit.....but I have a SLP resonator in place of my factory muffler. I've been thinking about going to a spintech muffler and seeing if that quiets it.

I have a question pertaining to exhaust, could I cut my muffler off, cherry bomb and y pipe? Would it sound good, just a question.

When mine was like that. I had a little drone. nothing really bad. This is with no muffler

Yea all i have are the 4 factory cats, and straight pipe all the way to the exit. Its good if you keep the rpms low.. but if your sitting around 2k for any amount of time, its crazy

Yup that's mine.. I'm at stock exit right now. Not bad drone. All windows down. but radio is allways up? that might help.

just move your exit to behind the rear tire, i dont have any drone with true duals, 4 cats and no crossover.

Cleaned the engine the last couple days and removed the throttle body spacer. I think the throttle response is a little quicker.
