why paint it if you don't want it that way?
i think it'll look better white, but if you don't want it white, don't let someone else talk you into it...its your truck and def looks better than before

if i understood his plans right, he was involved in an accident that messed up the surround and instead of buying another one he is re-using an old one that was black and is going to paint it white

i could also be completely wrong ha

Ehhh, I loved the chrome surround, but I've always wondered what it would look like in white. I'm not getting "talked" out of it. It is free and the easiest thing for me. I just got done painting and it turned out REALLY good, so I'm excited about how its going to look. I'll just miss that big chrome surround, it broke up the white a bit, ya know?
