Looks awesome Red985speed. Reminds me of the 97 I had. Sold the wheels, switched the headlights to my new truck and sold the truck. It was a 4.6 5 speed Nice blacked out emblems as well And how do you get your paint so shiny. That paint looks awesome for a 98

Thanks 4x4wolf and alex4.2! I bought her a little over a year ago from the original owner and they waxed it at least once every couple of months. Since I got it, i've been using collinite boat wax and it works great!

I have a 2001 F150 xlt 4x4. I have converted it into a Lightning Clone. Turned down the torsion keys in the front with low profile bump stops, removed the factory blocks in the rear, custom made 20' x 9 1/2" Replica wheels, 2 1/2" true duals with cherry bomb extreme mufflers and turned out with 4" tips. Full OEM Lightning interior. Billit grill and bumper, Lightning body kit, AME fiberglass Tonnaeu cover, Vehicle specific Bed rug, 5% limo tint all the way around, Hidden Hitch with fold down Tag, Not to mention all of the Falcons Decaling. This truck stays on the hwy not in a mud hole but I have the towing camability when needed. Better handling and mileage is the first reason for the set up but throwing a stage 2 rousch set up and power to a 4x4 I have all the power and traction I want coming out of the hole or a red light.

Most guys (Vets) do not know how to reply to that. It was always a hard pill to swallow when people said it to me. A old world war II vet and I talked at the VA while we were waiting for our DR.s appointments and what to say when that happens. He said, tell'em I was my pleasure. So.... It was my pleasure! I am very proud of all Vets and what is sacrificed for country. Most civilians have no clue and only knows what the Media wants them to know.

"No, thank you" and "It was/is my pleasure" are the most common responses I hear back when I shake their hand and thank them for their service.
