Thanks guys. That supercab door is "new". The passenger side one rusted out completely at the bottom, about 1" of the outer skin was gone.
Found a used one at a junkyard for $175. Ground off and hammered off what rust it had going, then hit it with Mar Hyde rust converter and then touched it up with some green and clear. Should get me another 5 years easy. Need to take ff what's left of the pinstripe, the new door didn't have any. I would have grabbed them all but the others were bad. Got lucky. Replaced my entire rear brake line since it rusted out. Finelines.com has all the lines for our trucks in stainless for a good price.
I need to replace my intake manifold gasket next, and I'm planning on doing the OBX long tube/cats/ypipe. My manifold studs are rusted out, a couple nuts are gone.
I've hit this thing with so much rust convertor and fluid film lately, it's just crazy. I need rockers and the core support rust fixed at some point. Spring hangers need replaced too.
Other than the rust, she's still rock solid. A/C was just recharged and blows cold as all get out. Power windows are slow, but I've tracked that down to the felt being worn off the window channels. The glass is running on bare rubber and dragging. They are nice and fast when wet or lubed up. Looks like you can get new channels for $80.

RedRider150. How much lift do you have on your truck? I am looking to run 36/37 on mine. Just bought a 5in Rough Country lift and I figure if I use the torsion keys from my leveling kit it should give me roughly 7, enough to clear 37's?
