and where i had to stop

had to clean the hell out of that console. i still want to paint some of the plastic parts, but i had to let it dry.
ill let it dry overnight, then paint in the morning. so it should at least be installed by the afternoon. ill update some pics once its installed.

yeah the movie was ok. scarlett is smokin! lol

as for the install. i thought it was going to be tough, but the only thing that is holding me up is cleaning that filthy *** console i got. im trying to figure out how to fabricate some sort of plastic panel to replace the HVAC controls so i can mount a gauge & my remote display for my valentine one.

thanks. i actually got the seat pan & tracks from the junkyard. took apart the bench part. i basically dropped off the bottom part of the bench (just the foam) and the seat pan. basically said i want it cut down so i can mount the seat onto the pan. 3 days later i got a call to pick it up. then i remounted the back part of the seat & bolted everything to the tracks. lady did a very good job.

Yep I miss my navi console I had in my other truck. If I hadn't sold it for way more than I had paid for it, I'd have swapped into the truck I've got now.

yeah, i had actually did it in my scab way before i even thought about doing it in the lightning. i actually bought cody's seats thinking i was going to put them in my scab, but then re-thought everything and decided that i use the console too much to swap out the lightning bench.

well, here are some updated pics. im still not done, but at least it's installed. i want eric (for those of you that know him) to do the lid for me, but i just dont have the extra cash night now.

i still have to finish the "plate" to hold a guage & my remote display for the valentine one.
