Rear Bumper for 97 F150 Step Side Sport 4x4

Anyone know where I can find a reasonable priced rear bumper for my 97 F150 Step Side Sport 4x4 ???? Mine seems to have gotten cancer and looks awful.

Although the front bumper changed between 98 and 99,
I'm pretty sure you can expand your search to 1997 thru 2003 for a Flareside rear bumper.

so it grew abcesses?

i would go to a local pick-and-pull and just paint it. or you can pay top dollar and get it from LMC truck. also check out your local craigslist. most accidents are front-end collisions so someone may have some rear end components for you

got rid of mine on my lightning for the same reason. i ended up finding someone local with a lightning that swapped to a roll pan. so you could even extend your search that way.

LMC Truck has them available now, price is $499.95 . Not cheap, but available. Cost me that to rechrome 1 bumper I already had for my old Galaxie, that price went up since too. Chrome aint cheap.

chrome is too expensive so just have it lined.

Edit: does your old bumper have working license plate lights? i need one of the covers for the lights as you can see i dont have the passenger side one

i agree. but i also think they should have offered more PTM bumpers than just on the sport model. mine were chrome, but i wanted to black out my truck, so i spray painted mine.
