Look what came in the mail!

Opened:

So, I was pretty excited on installing these that I just opened the hood, and tried taking off my grill and cover (the plastic that covers the grills and headlights), but my wife pointed out to me that I can just unscrew the screws inside with out taking that crap off. Smart wife!

Before:

After:

Also, I decided to remove my license plate in the front, and look what happened due to it being there!

What would be the best way to fix that? I should first wash the truck to see what damage is actually done!

man those head lights look sweet!!
im really liking the corners

and the you might be able to touch up that spot where the license plate was and make it look decent, but it may have to be repainted to look 100%

Yeah, I was thinking I might have to get it repainted when I get the hood done.

Well, I know the piece that holds the top part of the bracket (looked like zip ties) I had to snap off, in order to even take the top of the bracket off, but the frame itself isn't broken. I'm actually looking for a new license plate frame, so I'll let you know if I need it.

I'm thinking about getting a new grill myself, I'm debating to get the lightning grill or just a billet grill with no Ford emblem. I'd sell you mine if I do get one.

Also, thanks for the all the comments!

And some more pictures before I went out to dinner with the wife and friends.

As for the license plate lights, I was talking with Jake and told him I'm testing out the law to see if I'd get pulled over for them not being white.

If you guys want to change yours as well, they plates take 194 LED's.

So, I decided to record a few things on the iPhone. One will be my steering wheel LED swap, which doesn't look to bad, but look what happens when I hit 'off/on' buttons.

And here are some music from the speakers that I have now (Rockford Powers)

I'm deciding if I should switch over to Type R's, because I did have 2xType R's (6x9) in my old car and they seemed to pound harder than these Rockford's.

Also, does anyone know where I can find a non-bolt on/non-cutout grille? I'm trying to get a new powercoat black billet grille, but they all seem to be bolt on or cutout, and I don't want to ruin a nice stx grille to do that kind of swap.
