It's snapped off the frame hook that was holding it up.

hm, should be a pretty easy fix for a body shop really.

that bar is just a support that goes to the bedside.

your valence might be able to even be fixed iv they could somehow fix that tab. or you could probably sell it for cheap to someone on here lol.


oh and it looks freaking cold!!

Coming from a guy who worked paint and body and has done bedsides.. its an easy fix bud. I would say its going to probably run you close to $3500 to get all the damage shown fixed. I am figuring maybe $2000 for replacing the bedside, which, you could do yourself if you were good at spot welding. Its just time consuming. Nowhere close to totaled tho unless your truck is only worth 4k.

yea, no welding on that stuff but he's done bodywork so of course he knew that. guess u didnt know they were fiberglass b2therad. i didnt either til a few months ago. knew ranger stepsides were tho.

I know mine for example is all sheet metal. You just drill out those welds and the whole bedside will come right off.

nowhere near haha. im actually not a fan of stepsides, but there's a couple that i do like. crew cab stepsides on the new f150s just look retarded tho
