Well, since you're all about doing what we say should be done to that truck, here's my suggestion:
I think you should do a straight up trade for an '03 true blue supercab 4.6l with 113k on it.

DO IT!

Sounds good! I'm going to be slowing down on mods shortly. I'll be gone middle of April to the end of May. Then Im going to Jump Master school. So extremely busy soon.

Got my Ford emblem done, while at work, the wife resprayed it since I missed a spot, and when she did, the can was spitting because it was empty, so instead of asking what to do, she put the overlay on it, so there's a few small spray bumps from it spitting. I'll take a picture of it tomorrow, or should I rip the overlay off, sand the few bumps down and then put another overlay on it?

Ran into some difficulties. I have a chrome surround for the grille itself, I need it removed before I put my new grille on, so I removed it and it is all shipped and what not. So, looks like I gotta get the surround painted and before they paint it, I need all the little clips cut and sanded down. More money to waste, ha.

Since the grille surround is plastic, I can't get it powdercoated, right?

Here are some pictures of where it's chipped bad, I'm going to wait to get it painted since I'm in a money hole right now, due to helping a friend out with money.

Not powdercoated, right? Also, my other question is, the instructions say to cut the small clips off. Is that necessary? Because I don't have a small little saw to cut them off.

Yes! You have to cut them off. Take a dremel to them. Sand them down, and touch them up. Also, probably can't get them powdercoated.

Also, with that grille, get ready for a high pitched whistle at about 45+ mph. It's quite annoying unless you turn up your radio.

A dremel. That is what I need! I'll touch them up when I plan to get it repainted. I took cutters and clipped them off and then took a huge belt sander and let the wife go to town on it.

Edit: It's on!

Flash made it look like there is no grille, and that is the chipped surround you'll see if you look from the top view of it.
