What do you mean?
Bansheeman, I didn't swap LED's because I didn't like how the LED's wouldn't light up the gauges completely (little fades to white in some area's). So I used a plastic red sheet the wife bought (it was her idea) and just glue it over the faceplate once I took it off.
As for the temp gauge, all my gauges are messed up from when I took the needles off. I'm around 5-10mph less than what it reads, fuel light comes on between 1/4 and E, ha. I figured I'll just get them all fixed when I get new wheels.

Yes.
Hmm, if I can find some badass projectors then I'll switch them out. Do projectors help them light up more or something?
The wife bought it at Joaan's Fabrics or Michaels. It was just a red film, like decorative film plastic.

What fdime is talking about is the local "crack down" some of us HID guys have been going on. I myself am still running HIDs in reflective housings, but only because I haven't had the time to complete my projector retrofit project due to time constraints with school and work.
If you are going to keep the PNP (plug-n-play) HIDs, take a look at this thread, The Fix For HIDs?
And if you are looking into a projector retrofit, here is a good write-up from Thomas_W, 2000 Projector Retrofit.
You don't have to use that same kit, but I recommend joining hidplanet.com and reading up on some of the options out there.

yep, pretty much. they say the lights are too bright. the projector disperses the light evenly & has a cutoff below eye-level for most oncoming traffic. i'm gonna keep an eye out for cars in the junkyard wit projector headlights & try to do a swap whenever i find some.. but until then o well

Glad I'm not the only one!
Got some work done this morning:
Airbag:
Finally got a door done!:
If you haven't noticed, I finally got the console lid painted and decided to stick with the carbon fiber kit, because once I took it off, it was taking to much of my time to strip all the sticky crap. I'll probably just buy replacement parts in the future, but it does look alot better with black than gray:
Hopefully I get to test my light out tonight on the road, ha!
