Ha! Thanks! I should have just photoshopped, it would have been a lot cheaper and easier. It's very hard to keep it clean with the 38's tossing everything they come in contact with all over the side of the truck.

lets see: -6" BDS full warrenty lift with new leafs-$2100
-20" rims-$1200
-38x13.5R20-$1600 after mount and balance
-3" Body lift installed-$1000
-after market torsion keys-$200?
=little over $6,000
transmission rebuild because i didn't regear right away-$1300
custom built cv axles-$800
=$2100
knowing what i know now and wanting to do it differently...priceless
i probably could have had a bad *** straight axle setup with coilovers for little more.

What do you think about those Torsion Keys ? Mann, I bet those really firm up the ride, -probably to much! Not sure, haven't been in a truck with them yet..?
Yea, those tires throw and pick up everything, I recall getting a tennis ball jammed between the ***** on a set of 44's when they were fairly new lol. Back then they were even pricey, it was 2 grand for a set of 44's on Centerlines. They had to shave some rubber in order to balance those freakin things. Always felt sorry for anyone arond me after leaving a mud hole (not really ). The old man who owned the powerwash up town hated my *** lol, -guess it wasn't worth a couple rolls of quarters to clean the mess I left. Those mud pies didn't exactly wash down the drain
BTW- You can get those after market bolt on flares, but IMO, they don't look good unless you running at least a 17-18" wide tires. The factory flares are nice and an easy add on if you don't have them currently. A scrap yards the best place for those, specially if you have to remove them from one of their trucks. You get all the plastic tabs that way and those are pretty durable/flexible, hard to break.

when i had the aftermarket keys cranked all the way up i basically had no suspension up front so it was a terrrible ride. now i have them cranked all the way down and it is probably about the best ride you can expect to get with 38" tires. not something i would do again though. would just go for the 8" or 12" suspension from the beginning instead of trying to achieve it hte other way.
