Well, I got my headlights today when I came home from work.

I stuck in one side so I could get some pictures and let everyone know how the fit. They didn't fall right in like the stock headlights, but they went in fairly easy. I want to get some new headlights and amber bulbs so I left the passenger side out until I get time to run to NAPA...anyways, on to the pictures! I'll get some better pictures when it's not raining or snowing here.

They fit pretty well. They are a little bit tighter then the oem lights. I didn't have anything tight in the picture, it was just setting in there. I'm putting in city lights right now actually, so hopefully I can wire those up tomorrow.

I like them. I have to do a front end make over on my truck this spring. It's showing it's age. These look like a good place to start.

I was able to get one side in and all buttoned up. The passenger side slide that holds the light in is being stubborn, so I lubed that up and will work on that tomorrow.

Comparison of stock and HD

City lights with fogs.

These lights have small metal clips on the top and bottom that the manufacturer must put on to keep the lights from coming apart when the lens are adhering to the housings. Whatever the reason is, I couldn't get the lights to fit in the grille with these clips without struggling and scratching the hell out of my grille. They didn't seem to do anything so I just popped them off and the lights slid right into place.

i would get rid of that bug deflector too and paint the stock grille black. do you have clear fogs?

I'm debating on the deflector. I like the truck with and without it haha. The grill is getting painted as soon as it warms up, so probably about a month or two unless I shell out the cash for a Harley or Lighting grill. I'm planning on getting some clear DEPO fogs soon too. I'm saving right now for new wheels and 285's I want to get those as soon as the salt trucks stop rolling for the winter.

I just graduated college in December and started a real job a few weeks ago, so I'm finally able to do the things that I've been wanting to do since I bought the truck haha.

I wish I could find a PIAA air dam. I kick myself for not buying one when I had the opportunity. I figured it would look dumb on a stock truck although the lights are a nice addition. I might plasti-dip my lower valence black to see how I like it black so if I don't like the look, I can peel it off or actually paint it if I do like it.

Keep the black lightning lights...I LOVE your truck. I wanted to do a gold/black theme after seeing your truck but I have a blue two-tone and it wouldn't have looked good and I didn't want to paint it black. I wanted to lower my truck for a while too after seeing yours lol.

hahaha, well thank you sir!

I still may just pick some up to have as spares in case something ever were to happen to my current headlamps.
