I recently bought a Mangaflow exhaust for my truck (98 f150 4.6) I installed the muffler and tried putting the pipes on to go over the axle and out the back, but the spare tire is preventing that from happening.

Has anyone else had to remove their spare tire for exhaust?

also and i dont have the key to my spare tire, how do i get it off?

 

Murphy's law will most certainly make a ruling if you remove your spare tire to run an exhaust. Bolt on exhaust systems (IMHO) aren't usually what they're craked up to be. Best thing is get a good exhaust guy to run a completely custom system for you for about the same cost; you'll have a much better looking and better fitting system than any bolt on job.
