Keep Blowing Fuse

So as I was going home the other night, my headlights shut off in automatic mode and only worked if I put them in the on position. And at the same time I noticed my automatic locks quit working as well as my O/D off button. I checked my fuses and fuse #29 was the culprit and controlled all the things that quit working.

So I replaced it, and everything went back to normal. Then I blew that one, and the next one. I noticed it would only blow if I manually shifted 1-2-D so I know I have an electrical problem somewhere in the transmission or something. Any ideas?

Not really a big deal as it's all little things that aren't working but I'm OCD and can't stand when there's something on my truck not working.

Blown fuse F29:

Chafed wiring harness where it enters the shifter tube. Remove the ignition cylinder and steering column shrouds to investigate and repair.

Very common.
