Found 175 mega fuse (lower) blown on distribution rack near battery, replaced, still not starting. Any ideas on what fuses the lower line runs to?

I think originally, the mega fuse may have blown from jumping twice with cables crossed. Yes, I know not to trust that guy anymore.
