Two weeks out of the country and now I am back to work..

So far I've got the Engine and trans in.. Managed to finish off few bits and peices with Radiator, Res tanks and the Alternator.

Looks a bit messy but that all will be clean when done.

Looks like there is plenty of space for a 2" Header manifold/

Will grab newer pics by today since there will be some good progress.. Assuming all build will be done in 2 - 3 weeks ready to shred off tires.

4x4 would've been sweet, but I guess this is cool, too.

I would have loved to do one, But the transmission would've been my main issue as I wanted it to remain Manual and not convert into auto.. and there arent any much manuals over here.

Next step is Fuel system (TODAY).. Been collecting all the fuel fittings needed.. Going for dual aeromotive 340 fuel pumps with stock Fuel tank hat drilled to a bigger fittings .. One line to 1000 micron fuel filter to fuel rails to fuel regulator and then back to tank through a 6 AN fitting.

I will also resum working on the Brake hydraulic lines and the Clutch Hydraulic cable.. All will be custom made fittings through the Mighty Hydraulic Fitting VAN Shop.. LOL.

hopefuly I need 2 days for all of that then its time for Harness Work and off to the Fabricator for a custom set of longtubes and a Custom Driveshaft..

This looks great. Ill be swapping a dohc navigator engine into my 2002 f150 4x4. Looks like the gt500 engine is a ton more work than what mine will be but looks like you have all the intelligence to get the job done.

Interested in seeing how the headers turn out. Ill be needing a set for mine and havent decided what to do yet.

Would you consider payment for a clone set of headers?

Nice fabrication. Don't think Ive ever seen a reverse mounted alternator. Is that spinning in the same rotation as it would if it were typically mounted or does it matter?
Going to be in the way of fans?

I have no problem doing you a set with me, just let me finish my set and I'll be happy to build you whatever brackets, Headers you need.

I will show you high quality pics of the Longtubes once all done.

The rotation doesn't matter and I believe JPC made a reverse alternator as well, worked fine with them.

I also have a pair of 800cfm slim Radiator fans so they won't get in the way of the ALT.

Nice man!! Id love to have a set just having a tough time finding an option. I definitely want to see some pics.

I know you can grab some flanges off jegs for like 40 bucks or so if you dont have some already.

I'm really diggin the fab work and watching your progress. It looks like you have great fabrication skills and know how. I too have been toying with the Idea of building a High compression 32v 5.4 for mine. Have you changed gears in the axle yet or is that a wait and see? It looked like you had bigger tires on in the first pic. For the front end convert to 2wd LCA's and spindles. I think the uppers are the same and go with coil overs. All in all, very cool build.
