You will need to have either a dealer or a locksmith reprogram the PATS system to the new keys.

There is no alternative.

Well there are alternatives, but they aren't practical. Do a 5.4 or 6.8 swap and use a SD PCM which does not have PATS. Get a cluster, GEM, keys, and lock cylinders from another truck. Send your existing PCM to a tuner who can remove PATS.

Sorry, projectSHO89 is right. You're going to need to tow to a locksmith, or get a GOOD mobile locksmith to the truck.

Ok thanks for the answers.. Ford did tell me i had to tow it in for them to erace the PCM ignition lock code and it would be around $50. One more question. Is there a reasonably priced PCM scanner I can buy that i can erace it myself? If so any suggestion on which one.. Thanks again for the replys!

No. Any scan tool capable of that function will be unreasonably priced.
