You have to drive it till the sensors reach readiness, there's no way to force it unless you take it to a Ford dealer or a shop that has the required scan tool to do this procedure:

Cat efficiency needs two consecutive cold start long drive cycles.
Evan the gas level needs to be between 1/4 and 3/4 and parked for a few hours after a drive cycle

To breakwall,
What codes are present as the first step in repairs.
The Evap test takes a relatively long interval to complete as long as there are no faults because it is an involved complex set of tests over different conditions.
.
What is the other fault by code, then service for it?
.
If you had a CEL lamp on for some time and knew your time was getting short
it puts you against the wall.
.
Every time a code clear is done it causes the computer to retest all the systems over again including the Evap that takes the extended time.
Then, without running the truck it won't clear the Evap.
Most states will let the Evap test go but in your state they may hang you for it.
Sorry for you predicament.
Good luck.
