P0755 and P0750 Codes after swap!

So I've finished up swapping my motors! I didn't do anything with the tranny except lift it a bit to line the engine up as I mated them, then dropped it as I dropped the engine.

Filled the fluids, started her up and now its throwing these two Solenoid codes. Could I have crushed a wire when I jacked it up? I have a donor truck I could pull the wires from.

Tranny was working fine before the swap. I seized a 5.4 in my 2001 and replaced it with a 4.6 from a 1999. When it seized, it was coated in a thick layer of mud. Perhaps if I clean it all up then reconnect the wires?

Any insight guys? I really don't want to pull the solenoids. But I don't see how they'd be pooched themselves.

What have you done to check for damage of the harness or for plug seating?
Good luck.

Good luck.
Tomorrow morning I'm pulling the harness to check for damage on the solenoid side. I spent the day today at Stampede events (yay, Calgary!) and the spare time I did have I cleaned the underbelly.
