01 F150 never ending coolant issues

Hello, I know this has been brought up before but here’s my issue. Recently my coolant gauge started showing cold while running and threw the code for coolant issues, can’t remember off hand what code it was. Anyways, I replaced the temp sensor, thermostat and flushed the system anyways as the truck sat for about a year before I bought it. So the code cleared and the temp gauge was back to normal. After a few hundred miles the temp gauge would work fine and then just completely bury as if there was no power to it, a check engine light would come on and the AC would stop working, but then it would go back to normal after a few miles which is where I’m currently at with it now. It smells like it runs rich at times and sometimes I have to hold the gas pedal to the floor to get it to start. I’ve had so many other projects going on but I need to get this one figured out as it only has 70,000 miles on it and it’s not going anywhere anytime soon. Thank you!

Read the codes again and post the EXACT P-codes.
