will a later model f-150 box bolt onto a 2000 f150?
i have a rotted out 2000 f150, 6.5ft bed. the bed is rotted out to the point the tailgate fell off, and the floor is more plywood than metal at this point. the truck is an offroad only wood hauler, so i dont care about the looks one bit.
now, i cant find boxes at a reasonable price around me to replace it with. but theres quite a few 04+ boxes available. does anyone know if one of those would bolt on? again, i dont care how it looks or if the tail lights will fit. this is purely for function.
