Lightbulb Vibration concerns

Ford has come out with a fix (hopefully). If a tire balance and road force test does not fix the problem they have come out with a damper kit to install.part #4l3z-5d008-AA.Take your truck to the dealership and inquire about this to the service dept.Hope this helps.Just got mine 2 weeks ago and so far no problems.

The dealer "Road Forced balanced" my tires 3 times in 6800 miles.
Road Forced testing is when the balance machine puts pressure on the tire as it spins to duplicate the pavement drag.

Question

Was the vibration always there, or did did it come on gradually. Did it just come out of nowhere. I think mine does it once in a while, but nothing constant.

The dealer has been working on mine off and on since November (couple of weeks after I bought it) to try and solve the problem. Mine vibrates all the time but I've noticed certain road surfaces/conditions make it worse.

Here's what they've done so far:
1) Balance tires
2) Align front end and road force test
3) Replace steering gear per TSB
4) Replace front hubs
5) Replace front tires and wheels
6) Install vibration suppression/dampening kit

No joy in mudville. Now they are saying it's operating within normal parameters.

I have an 04 Ext cab FX4, and mine has been doing the same thing, I thought it was being caused from the Daystar spacers I installed, but I guess it is happening with everybody. I have had my tires balanced once and the front end aligned twice, and it still has the vibration, along with the steering wheel being off, it is slighty turned to the right when Im driving straight. I hope they will have a fix for this.
