I have a sweet FX4 screw 04.

I m just curious what do you guys use oil for 5.4L and what oil filter do you use?

I m still unsure what oil should i use for my new babe 5.4L....MObil one...Valvino full syn or casto (spell?)

What oil that you guy are NOT recommend for 5.4L ????

Same goes for Oil filter questions.

Most around here prefer Mobil1, do a quick search on this subject and you will find TONS of info on it.

I found interested info that i found thru search and Mobil said not to use mobil one in new truck until 5,000 mileage cuz it still need standrad oil to proper break in first before switch to full Syn mobil one...
