Both Procomp and AE have both designs with and without the faux beadlock. You can also get faux beadlock rings to attach to your rims...I have been looking for them but no luck yet (for my wheels).
I think the Procomp 1069/1079, AE 186/187 and Mickey Thompson Classics/Classic II are all very very similar so just go for price.

My 186s are single piece (cast?) aluminum, very strudy and lightweight ( I dont remember what they weigh though but it was a whole lot less than the stockers).
I got mine from Davesmobileauto for $480 shipped including caps, lugs and stems. His website is shady but I worked with him over the phone and hes a good guy.
I was debating the Welds too but after talking to some guys they all pretty much said you are paying for quality that far exceeds your needs and for the name. Some of those weld designs are built to be impervious to anything and way to bullet proof for even the best non-pro offroader. The techs I spoke with pointed me to Eagle and Centerline for wheels.
The Eagle 186s look great but the holes in the wheel were not de-burred and they are RAZOR sharp. The guy that installed them damn near cut his finger to the bone and I have slashed my hand cleaning them too. Its only one or two of them and they just need a fine file run over the edge (some already have that done at the factory it looks).
Other than that great wheels are a really good price. Now I am thinking of buying a 5th for a fullsize 35" spare.
Anybody know what the max size spare we can put under our truck is?

I'm looking for a forged wheel as well and right now the centerlines are looking pretty good. The only problem is I really want a 9" wide rim. What about the Helo Maxx 6's? Does anyone know if they are forged or cast? I have a set of Weld Evo Renegades (18") on my superduty and I love them but like others have said, they are so dang expensive.

How many different brands does A. Eagle have? I like these babies but can't get any info on them, and A. Eagle's website mentions nothing of them.

I wouldnt know. The stockers I had though were probably the heaviest model they make (Steel Chrome Clad). All I know it was just as big a pain in the *** yanking the old ones as it was messing with the new ones and the rubber is way bigger.
IMO you want to stick with a 9" width and 5" bs wheel. I think they look the best and stick out just the right amount.

Well, I really can't justify lifting the truck. I just so rarely go off road. So I think I'm sticking with my daystar kit and gonna slap some new shoes on. There is just a HUGE array of wheel choices these days. However, my goal is to have a lighter wheel/tire combo than stock. All these wheel makers REFUSE to list the weight and construction of their wheels!! Only the high priced lightweight wheels (a'la Weld) will tell you the wieght.
Since I'll be going with 33s, wheel choice is critical for me. I'd like 18s (my current size) or even 20s if the wieght & price is right.
I'm looking for a 'off-road street tough' look. Bigger tires, cool wheels, Bull bar, grill, maybe even fender flares depending on the wheel/tire thang...
