I know the OEM size is 5x7/6x8 can i use 6.5's ? I have a gift cert to best buy and the only components I want are 6.5's

 

Put what you want in there. Just do a litle modifications where needed. I put 5 1/4's In mine. I just pulled the grill off the stock speaker and mounted my OZ Audio's to them and bolted them in place. It worked out great. Check my gallery and youll see some pics

 

I did 5 1/4's also. I went with MB Quart Refference components.

 

6 1/2'' in mine. Look at the adapter I made out of 1/4'' plastic in my gallery.

 

Where'd you get the plastic ?
