Thumbs down my idiot dealer cont.

My truck is still in the shop----going on 3 days now. To those who questioned my mechanical knowledge; 3 previous times my truck has been in for the "vibration" and the only thing that has been done is put on new tires and alignment, so when the vibration came back again days later after having new tire put on, the last thing I thought about was loose lug nuts. Moving on, still waiting on my new wheel, they got a new one in today, but it was already scratched, so I continue to drive the taurus.

Your lucky the wheel didn't come off. Looks as though the tech didn't tighten the lug nuts to torque. I have seen this at other "quick" lube places, but never at a dealer. You should be getting new wheel, studs, lug nuts. I dought that there is any other damage. I would be looking for another dealer though real soon.
