Got the Audiophile replaced one week ago today (4/6/05). New one is working fine. I thought they might mess up and put the '05 one with the MP3 option in there, but they didn't. I still haven't gotten my CDs back yet though.

Well I got the CDs back...in considerably worse condition than I left them.

I envision about five monkeys working in the radio repair shop, ripping out my CDs and then playing frisbee with them before shipping them back to the dealer.

I know they're only CDs, but it really pi$$es me off. I hate it when people have absolutely no regard for other people's property. Is it that hard to remove them and place them in something for a minimal damage return? I've had the CDs for years without scratching them. They had them for one day and destroyed them.
