Exclamation loose bolts

while waiting for a phone call sitting it my truck with door open ,i noticed a gap between door ,hinge, washer and bolt head.went home, grabbed 13mm wrench and gave it hell. bolt was kinda galled (sp) so i backed it out ,ran a thread chaser down it , and put it back in. no gap!!! door feels tighter too hmmm maybe ill chk all the others!! Just need some more QA , Ford.

bit of a scary thought when you figure on how many fasteners there are in a 5000# vehicle.

or that one of them could work itself out while driving 75mph.
