GUYS!! I think this will spice things up in here a little more then it is already!

The next truck I get, I'm undecided about an Fx4 or a Lariat 4X4. Give me ur advice on which one you think is the better truck, and a reason to back it up!

it's not about us... it's about you.

Would you rather have the sportier truck with the offroad package or the luxo truck with all the electronic doo-dads.

Sheez,
Thats a simple choice Triton, get the manly mans FX4 or the old geysers Lariat.
FX4 owners have their own secret handshake and clubhouse. Lariat owners congregate at Wal-Mart.
Do you want a full blown Four Wheel Drive FX4 truck or a Curb Jumper lariat? Its really no question.
Choose wisely grasshopper.

Well there you go. Now you know who to chose.

Who had to defend themselves and give reasons why you should buy the FX3.5?

this thread cracks me up! But I've got to say, if I was going to go buy a 4wd I would have to go with the FX4, the Lariats are nice if you want something to drive to the country club on Saturday nights but if you want a real truck its got to be the FX4, not to mention they just look better. There I said it, my .02

Im scratching my head at how people say they would rather take a FX4 offroad. Sure it has some meesly stiffer shocks that all of the owners are upgrading to Bliesteins anyways. I take my truck off road every weekend and I haven't had any problems. I just can't wait to get it on some 35s or 37s.

Now that's funny !! Is the reason that Lariat owners congregate at Wal-Mart because most of them are greeters there ??

I like things on both the FX4 and the Lariat. FX4's are nice, they just seem to look tougher (I don't know what it is about them, but they look mean) Lariat is also nice, it's the luxury version, I do like the message center it has and it's digital temperature guage for the A.C and heat.

Then theres things Im againest on the FX4. I have yet to test drive an FX4, so I'm a little worried it might ride a little bit to hard since I guess they have stiffer shocks then the rest of the F-150's? Then I'm also againest the Lariat a little bit, I'm not to sure I would like all the Luxury things just yet in a truck since I'm pretty oyng still and don't need a lot of that Luxury just yet....we'll find out shorty though what I'll get, but it will be a hard disition
