Smile Hello Everyone, I'm New

I've been lurking around for the past few days, but I wanted to just introduce my self. I'm Matt and I live in Florida and go to FSU.
I just bought a 2005 F150 Supercrew XLT 4x4 with the 5.4 and 3.73 gears. This my 3rd white Ford truck and it's the best ever! My only gripe is the MPG, which I expected. 14 is pretty crappy, but I'm hoping break-in and a PCM reflash will help with that problem.
I've got big plans for my truck, but very little cash.

Some of my future plans...
Line-X spray in bed liner (next week)
K&N filter (in the mail)
Ford low profile bug shield (in the mail)
Chest tool box
Window tint
All weather floor mats (ANY SUGGESTIONS??)
Sylvania Silverstar headlights (when they become available)
And iPod AUX conncetor so I can control it with the factory radio

Any other ideas that won't break the bank or void my warranty?
I would post a picture in the text, but I don't know how, so check out my gallery below!

I'd say get either the Extreme Catch-All mats or the Huskys. I like the looks of the Extreme Catch-Alls much better though. Another thing, I really don't think your mileage is going to get much better than that, depending on how you drive.

BTW, Welcome to the site!

Hey, I also live in tallahassee and go to FSU... I have some of the mods you are considering...

Line X
Catch All Floor Mats
Tool Box
Window Tint

I have a Black FX4 Supercrew with a black low pro tool box... and its usually covered in mud. Give a wave if you see me around.

That's cool man. Where do you go off road? I've been dying to try out my 4wd. The only place I know of up here is off of springhill road. I used to take my 4 wheeler out there.
Are there any kind of truck/4wd clubs and stuff up here also?
Drop me a line and let me know.

Damn - nice vehicles you college kids drive nowadays!

When I was in college my ride was either the city bus or the free student bus that shuttled us kids around town for free!

Hard times you boys are having these days!

Did have the first day of classes today!! And got my damn truck towed... Had to go get it off of springhill road... Funny you should mention it. So, yes... Hard Times!! LOL

My sister and a few of her friends with lifted Jeeps used to have a little club... But it got shut down by the division of forestry or something like that... I guess thet were doing a bit too much wheelin'.

Email me and ill let you in on some good offroad spots up here. Maybe you can head out with us sometime.
