go to www.autospringcorp.com and go to the ebay auction from there... lots of people have done 35's with the 2.5" kits- you may have to trim slightly, not major though.. im running 33's with my 2.5- turns fine, looks good imo.
good luck man-

I've seen 35's on the factory 18" wheels, but IMO it looks stupid. Thats too much tire without enough lift.

It look better with a 33" tire IMO. I've seen guys run 325/60/18 (33") on the factory 18" wheels with no problems, and no rubbing.

35's should be no problem seeing as how you can run 33's fine with the stock setup.

What's with the "cutting" I keep hearing about. I know the OEM mudflaps need to be trimmed, but what if you don't have mudflaps?

Is there part of the FX4 fender flare that needs to be cut back or something?

at full crank with some aftermarket rims, your tires may rub against that black wheel well liner- go ahead, turn your wheels all the way, then go out and look at the space you have... its really no big deal, people have just quick-tied it back to keep it from rubbing

I have a set of 325/60/18's and they do rub at full crank. It's no big deal, I want to fix this but haven't had the time. They tell me you can just trim some of that plastic of and it will work great. Mine's a 4x2 and I bought a set of FX4 wheels, maybee 4x4's don't rub.

Can I play? I've got 34.5 (315/70/17) BFG AT's on the factory 17's with a 2.5" Autospring. Looks perfect in my eyes, no rub, no cutting and plenty of room around the tire so I'm not "stuffed".

Personally, I prefer keeping the wheels/tires tucked underneath the truck and not sticking out beyond the fenders. This will allow your fenders to do their job and you won't be slinging crap all over your sides. The only way you'll accomplish that is by staying with the stock rims or finding an aftermarket rim with the same backspacing/width.

Keep your stockers, wheels should only stick out on low-riders and go-carts.

I'm gonna have to diagree with you on this one. Wheels with less backspacing that stick out a bit look wicked on a lifted truck. I hate seeing lifted trucks that have the wheel/tires tucked closely into the wheel wells. Sure you get more mud sling, but the extra time spent washing the truck is well worth the look.

Just my opinion....

Chris,

The leak was spotted before I installed the autospring. I only had the truck for about 3 months and when I changed the oil for the first time I noticed the leak. The Ford dealership replaced the gasket and covered the seal with what appears to be a gray RTV material. No leaks since then and I haven't ha any problems out of my 4wd system at all.
