when I had an 04 f150, I had frost build up on my rear and front window. I mean it was to the point I had to scrap it so I can look through if I didn't let the truck warm up frist.
Turned out to be a problem with the 3rd break light letting water through which went down the back window and slid down the headliner to the front window. I'm nto saying thats the problem in your case, but make sure you have nothing going on with that 3rd brake light.
By the dealer replacing the brake light, I had no more frost. Goodluck!

Try changing the settings on your climate control. Either keep the air open or close it off. Your truck may not be breathing enough. Just a thought.

I noticed frost on the plastic parts of the seat and windshield on the service loaner when I got in it yesterday morning.
