Looks good! Now you need to lift it to complete the look.

When you trade it in, they are going to try and look up the FX2's and will end up scratching their heads.

I'm not much on stickers. Always take them off. But you have hit on a great idea for Ford. I like the idea of FX2 Street. Wider tires, lowered 2 inches, nice exhaust, tighten up the suspension, stiffer shocks...... Your on to something there!

Most people don't realize that. Probably because they didn't dyno before/after.
BTW, I actually gained 3hp and .5mpg by adding Troyer deer alerts.

Question ??????

I think it is a really cool mod. Just don't get busted trying to pass it off as an FX4.

This tool got BUSTED on a Titan board (imagine that!)

http://www.titantalk.com/forums/tita...different.html

Middle of the page, posted by AMDkid1 (post #13). That is a flareside "FX4" with chrome bumpers and no FX4 wheel flairs... Strange coincidence.

While I was over there I did a little reading. Geez, they act like a bunch of children. All they do is compare their trucks to the big 3. Then they talk about how they went and posted on other forums to "represent". Wonder if any of them are even old enough to or even vote.

Well, you have to recognize where they are coming from. Up until 2004, Nissan made some "cute" little trucks... Your reaction would usually be, "Awwwww... look at the adorable little Nissan trucky-poo!"

Now, they have a full-sized truck that has very little exposure. Titan owners tend to be ULTRA-sensitive and ULTRA-insecure because of that fact.

Good point. I would say we can have a competitive spirit over here at times too, but we seem a lot more optimistic of other brands. Over there, they have the attitute that if it isn't Nissan, it is ugly and slow. They really seem to have a beef with the dodge. I'll give them one thing, the F-150 is currently willing their "if the titan didn't exgist, what would you own poll". Its probably only due to outsiders though. All of the posts, say different.

I found this post:

I know at least one of the other drivers got a little kick out of the occurance as well because he was pointing out all the other Titans to his passenger. I don't know the sales numbers but it looks like Titans are selling pretty well here in SoCal.
Probably not postworthy but I thought it was pretty cool considering the Titan has less trucks on the road than any other full size truck. "

1/13/06 3mins later
"Odd sight I bet. I'm lucky to see 4 in a week sometimes. I hope you all tooted and waved at least. "

How sweet!!! If I waved at every F150 owner I see my arm would fall off in 5 minutes and my horn wouldn't toot anymore! What a bunch of whiney queers over there!
