So yesterday I had to take my 24' extension ladder to a friends house, I put a towel over my 3rd brake light, and leaned the ladder down on the 3rd brake light. The ladder fit perfectly over the 3rd brake light, and stays in place perfectly. It seems like ford had leaning an extension ladder on the 3rd brake light in mind when they made it. HAHA I think that is pretty cool. Has anyone else noticed this???

 

Not all of us have "little" beds.

 

A foot, or even 3 feet make little diffrence depending on how long the ladder is.

I haul enough crap thats 16' that I have just said to hell with it and Im going to make a rack in the spring.
