If they didn't have the "rivet" things I'd probably like them. For some reason it makes me think Nissan Frontier.

Flares are ok.. im still thinking about them for my truck, but pocket flare are butt ugly IMO. and I cant image washing and waxing and have to clean each pocket all the time... no way. I like clean smooth lines and the pockets really mess that up. I like the plain flares.... and painting them body color in a must!! Thumper, your truck is so good looking.... keep it that way! get the smooth painted flares if anything.

i second that, reminds me of the jeep liberty renegade, but if you like the style, go for it!

you can get them from Mosser already painted to match.I think it's about $80 more. I hear rocks hit my nerf bars alot but none make it to the paint. If you don't get flares get some westin oval tubes to protect it

I think the smooth fender flares look like complete hell. . Honestly, if it wasn't for the rock chips. I wouldn't even be considering flares at all.

I got my flares off ebay for like $350 and had all 4 painted and clearcoated at a body shop for like $160. They look great and I get a lot of compliments on them.

I dont like fender flairs, you need a nice lift / wheel / tire package to pull them off. I dis like how far they stick out and then you have your tires tucked inside fender. That and the rivits look like hell as someone else stated above. But its just my opinion
