will these kind of 24's be fine on my truck?

Hey the 24's im looking around at are all.....24x10 with 305-35-24 tires.....and the offset is +35 with a 6x135 bolt pattern and the back spacing is 6 7/8"....is that fine??? those will fit right?

thanks alot ram im excited to get them....still going to be about a month and a half...cant wait alot of big stuff happening for me this summer my birthday is one of them on the 11th
