Pretty much how mine was installed in the back. I have a supecab so we just drilled a screw threw the carpeting into the back into the raised metal towards the bottom where there is the most room since the backseats angle slightly back.

So you are saying that you can just drill back there, no rust? No problems?

No dude you should have know rust issues. You are not drilling all the way thru the sheet metal. Once you pull the back seats out and pull that cheap a** carpeting away you will see the raised portions of the wall.

Good time to do some Dynamat (or sound dampener of choice) while you are back there.

I know some previous post of installs back there show you what the exposed rear looks like. Do a search and I am sure you will get a better idea once you see some pics. Good luck

Your truck is not a supercab truck, and I believe you will have a rust issue. The only way I would do that is to spray the holes you are going to drill and soak the screws in rust proof spray.

My truck is not a supercab??? Maybe you should check out my gallery. Its not a regular cab and not a crew so should I use the old term and call it a extended cab?
Not sure who's pics you were looking at dude.

well there is no more regular cab F-150, your truck is what the regular cab used to be, meaning there is no back seat therefore it is not a supercab.

Any ways, How do u get to the back of the cabin wall, taking the seats out? How do you do that? I thought the seat was bolted to the frame and if you unbolt it the frame is.......unbolted?
