No they are not REALLY loud. I actually want to make them louder. I am thinking about removing the rear cats.
There is a slight drone at about 2000rpm but thats it. I dont really notice it anymore.
I can get a sound clip if you would like

KickAssFX4 you have a SI/DO right? Have you thought about just getting true duals?

Yea I have SI/DO. I havent thought about that. It might be a good idea. I have to hear how that sounds. I will probably try cutting off the 2 cats and see how it sounds cuz it will probably be cheap to do that. Then if I want it louder I might try true duals.

yea I tried putfile and photobucket and then I realized it was the wrong format so I am converting it. It should be up in like 10 min.
