2007 Ford FX2

I am wondering if the Ford FX2 package, truck, will be available in a regular cab model? All I have seen is SCab, and I cannot find anything about it. Anyone know?

Did notice that in the available options the regular cab only storage unit is listed as an option for the FX2 if that helps. Of course it wasn't listed as an option on K.R., Harley, and Lariat since those don't come in RC.

nice, didnt think the FX2 had chrome though

call me crazy but there are only a few reasons why i want that particular model.

first of all i own a reg cab stx. looking to do some modding here in the short future. I think the FX2 can serve as a better starting point. A few main reasons are the 5.4 L engine, as I only have a 4.6 L in the stx. And the flow through center console with floor shifter. I absolutly love the interior of the FX4 and would love that set up in a reg cab...minus everything behing the front seats of course. And have actually thought about doing that to my stx. A lot of $ i know. But then i thought about the transmission having to be changed and then the new one not being compatible with the 4.6 L, so an engine swap would be needed...yes indeed, quite an imagination but it just seems so far fetch do do all that to a bone stock STX. The money isnt really a problem at this point in time. But I am one who would rather spend $50,000 customizing a bone stock STX reg cab then buying a fully loaded KR Screw. But all is well and im just contemplating at the moment. But back on track if a FX2 reg cab came with features such as this, then I will definatly be purchasing one soon.

The FX2 regular cab will be the best option out there for somebody who wants to make their own "lightning" version of the F-150. I'd love to pick one up and put the same power plant I have in my heavy ol' supercrew in that. I'm real tempted to pick one up, but I think I'll be getting a superduty instead to give my truck some company in the garage.

Ford now has the the build options set up for the 07 F150. I just went thru a few times with regular cab and super cab setups. The only way the FX2 package showed on the site was with the scab model.
