I have purchased my second Ford 150 in two years, my most recent pruchase did not come with the code card in manual and I have not been able to locate it under the dash. Does anyone know a definitive location for the code location for the 2005 F150 Lariat.

 

Behind the rear seat there is a little black box with the code on it.

 

Is the seat difficult to remove or is it worth taking it to a dealership

 

take it to a dealership and ur looking at a $150 labor bill.

 

My dealer did it for free - took them 2 minutes

It's not behind the seat on a 2002, you are posting in the wrong forum. It's under the dash somewhere.
